This philosophy led to the creation of the Simon Academy, a space dedicated to technical training that supports insertion, employability and career advancement in industry.
The Simon Academy was motivated by our desire to attract talent through a quality training programme in order to promote new technical vocations that adapt to the needs of the professional profiles at Simon’s different work centres and production plants.
Similarly, the Academy is part of our efforts to ensure that all the knowledge and experience acquired by our professionals is transmitted to the new generations.

The Simon Academy aims to support and promote excellence in professional training and social and economic improvement in the areas where we are based. To do this, it seeks both to incorporate new professionals and internally promote the technical profiles already in our employment.

We're committed to creating synergies and generating lasting alliances with educational centres as committed to training as we are.
As a member of the Dual Professional Training Alliance, we are united in our desire to improve the employability of young people. Therefore, we make sure to integrate the Dual Professional Training programme into our production centres, assigning a tutor to each apprentice (or group of apprentices) and dedicating the time and resources necessary to coordinate and promote the programme with the educational centre.
At Simon, our history defines us, and our future motivates us; a future that depends on people and their knowledge. For this reason, the Simon Academy responds to the concerns of all those who want to continue learning and taking on new professional challenges.
This initiative is offered in conjunction with others that Simon has been involved in for years, such as the Simon Graduate Programme, which encourages training while completing academic development.
