Tuition and Fees

Financial Aid Resources

  • Learn about federal student loans and grants and search for scholarships. Start a new Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  • Learn about the HOPE and Zell Miller Grants and Scholarships. Begin an application for a state program administered by the Georgia Student Finance Commission.

Tuition Classification (Residency) and Out-of-State Tuition Waiver Information

  • All students attending a 性视界APP college or university are classified as either in-state or out-of-state for tuition purposes. Based on Georgia Code 20-3-66, BOR Policy 4.3.2 outlines the criteria for classifying students as in-state or out-of-state.


  • Some students not meeting the requirements to be classified as in-state may meet the requirements to be awarded an out-of-state tuition waiver. Students classified as out-of-state should review the out-of-state tuition waivers outlined in Policy 7.3 to learn more about the waivers. Students wishing to apply for a waiver should contact their institution to learn about specific waiver criteria, application deadlines and to receive the appropriate waiver application form.
